Overall Responsibility

There are two distinct roles of this position: (1) Project Manager and (2) Business Analyst. These responsibilities can overlap and intertwine on particular engagements, depending upon the specific requirements of a project. The specific expectations of each individual will be communicated by their manager, and will depend upon the level of responsibility assigned.

This understanding can be obtained in a number of ways, including SF formal training, experience in implementing SF-based solutions and, in the case of project managers, managing an implementation project of a SF-based solution. SF Administrator or Architect certification is not required, but highly desirable.

  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Development and other internal resources as appropriate
