We take training very seriously and together with you we invest in methodically training your user force. Our staff is made of talented trainers who carry out a company mission to grant our customers the highest possible level of independence in using and maintaining the solution post-deployment.
We have learned that details about training content and timing are best worked out with the client at the onset of a project. energyOrbit offers a combination of on-site and web-based training for key users and system administrators. We utilize a "train the trainer" approach in which one or more users will become implementation leaders. These individuals in turn provide training to rest of the user population.
